She competed in the Miss World 2008 beauty pageant, in December 13 in Johannesburg, South Africa, and classified in Top 15 semifinalists. Quintero also won the title of Miss World Americas. [2][3]
Quintero, who stands 5' 9.5" (176 cm) tall, competed in the national beauty pageant Miss Venezuela 2007, on September 13, 2007 and obtained the title of Miss World Venezuela. Also won the special awards of Miss Photogenic and Miss Beauty .
She also placed in the 5th place in Reina Hispanoamericana 2007, pageant held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia on October 26, 2007[4]. She has an extensive and successful career in beauty contests.
Quintero is currently a student in Psychology and fulfilling her role as Miss Venezuela, it is her ambition to take her masters in merchandising and advertising. Hannelly was born in a taxi cab at midnight in Caracas. She has 7 brothers and 3 sisters.
