Ashley Harrison (born 18 May 1981 in Brisbane, Queensland) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer for the Gold Coast Titans[1] of the National Rugby League (NRL). He has played for the Sydney Roosters, South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Brisbane Broncos. His position of choice is at lock.

While attending Wavell SHS, Harrison played for the Australian Schoolboys team in 1998.[2]

Harrison made his first grade debut for the Brisbane Broncos against the New Zealand Warriors on 20 February, 2000 (Round 1). He was selected to play for one State of Origin match, playing for the Queensland Maroons in game 3, 2005.

2008

Ashley Harrison was released by the Sydney Roosters and signed with the Gold Coast Titans. He started at lock and performed well all round and covered in five-eight while Rogers was out on suspension. He played good in five-eight playing well in both attack and defence. He made 18th man for the 2008 State of Origin Series for QLD. He managed to start in both the second and third State of Origin games.

Harrison was picked ahead of his club captain Scott Prince to play in the second state of origin on June 11 2008.
