Boaz Frankel (born Portland, Oregon, 24 May 1982) is a television personality, who hosted and co-created Clips & Quips and.

Boaz grew up in Portland, and attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. It is at NYU where Boaz created On The Cusp, a late-night style talk show that became the most popular program to ever air on NYU TV. In 2004, Boaz appeared on the Today Show's "The Intern" segment where he went on to win the top prize. It was also during this year that Boaz appeared on the very short-lived WB reality show, Studio 7. In 2004 Boaz created and hosted Clips & Quips, an offbeat entertainment talk show that aired on college television stations nationwide. He revolutionized the world of kazooing by having the first kazoo-sponsored TV show and even taught Peter Sarsgaard to play kazoo and Sarah Silverman to play dreidel. In June of 2007, Boaz brought Clips & Quips to an end and began development of Backstage Live, a new online entertainment talk show for Groupee. Boaz is currently planning his next online series, in which he'll be documenting an Un-Road Trip. He'll be zig-zagging across the country using every mode of transportation- except for car. He's departing for the trip in April of 2009.

In addition to these accomplishments, Boaz also holds the Guinness World Record for "most high-fives in an hour", an event which took place in Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland, Oregon. "I definitely see myself moving back to Portland in a few years...it's just so wonderful here, the best place on earth" said Frankel when asked about future plans.
