Jemina Pearl is an American singer, formerly the front woman of Be Your Own Pet. Afterwards she started a solo carrier.
She appeared in the television serie Gossip Girl with a musical performance together with Thurston Moore covering the Ramones classic Sheena is a Punk Rocker.
In Autumn 2009 a solo debut of Jemina Pearl is announced. The album will appear on Ecstatic Peace, is co-written by John Eatherly and has guest appearances of Thurston Moore, Iggy Pop, Dave Sitek and Derek Stanton.
