Rumney high school is a British High School in Cardiff, Wales. It was opened in the 1950's alongside Llanrumney High School.
Rumney high is a mixed sex school that excepts up to 954 children aged 11 - 16.
The school helps every individual child to do their best and since the school has had a new headteacher (Mr G.Cooke), with the help of the senoir management team he's managed to turn Rumney high school around showing positive results in all areas and making it an easier and more friendly enviroment to learn in!
From 2008 - 2009 Rumney high has had many changes and new rules, all of which have improved the school.
Llanrumney high school
Llanrumney High School is a mixed sex high school that excepts up to approximately 702 children aged 11 - 16. The school is located in Cardiff, Wales and is not far from Rumney high school.
The school has had many flood's because the school's on very low land.
Future plan's for both school's
As both school's are getting very old and they are both beyond repairing, it has been announced for closing down and being rebuilt into one big new top of the range high school. Nothing's for definate yet.
