The subject has more coverage elsewhere on Wikipedia, see [[Template:Photography]] for a comprehensive list. I and others have edited this to make the article encyclopaedic, referenced and relevant, and have removed [[WP:NOTGUIDE|"how-to"]] and [[WP:POV]] text. If you wish to improve and expand the article, please do so, but note that unreferenced text may be removed. Finally, it isn't [[WP:OWN|your article]], it belongs to the community. If you wish it gone, you can request [[WP:Speedy deletion|speedy deletion]] or [[WP:AFD|ask for deletion elsewhere]], but needlessly blanking pages doesn't help anyone. Thanks. Did you even bother to look at the history back in spring of 08 to see all the i HAD done? And you ask if I wish to edit or add to it? You really need to pay more attention to what you're replying to before suggesting something like that. I already poured hours into it and this is the thanks I get. I will request it to be deleted because I am sure the half sniff that remains is DEFINITELY covered elsewhere. This is part of the reason why I have not been here in a year and a half. |

:Yes I checked the article's history, and I stand by my comments above. I understand that you're upset but hey that's Wiki-life; many of my own edits have been reverted, altered and condensed. Please remember that we are simply trying to improve an encyclopaedia as a collective, there are certain standards of content and there *will* be disagreements and tensions. You wouldn't edit an online magazine without rigorously applying standards, would you? May I suggest that you read a few [[WP:Five pillars|guidelines]] before getting upset? Don't bother adding anything to any articles or starting one for that matter. It will be destroyed by hackers and wannabes. Let someone else do the work for you. That way you still have access to the information but you haven't wasted days of your life that you will never get back expecting people to appreciate what you have done only to see your efforts pissed away. |
