Leonard Ramatlakane (b. February 16, 1953) is the former Minister of Community Safety in the Western Cape province, South Africa. He also served as the acting Premier for a week after Marthinus Van Schalkwyk resigned.

He was fired as Community Safety MEC on July 31, 2008 by Premier Lynne Brown, alongside Richard Dyantyi.
