I am sort of confused why you re-tagged a picture that had previously been discussed, been found fine and which you could have determined if you had just reviewed the history? You seem, pardon me, a little over zealous here to delte perfectly fine pics [[User:Nysanda|Nysanda]] ([[User talk:Nysanda|talk]]) 03:13, 5 October 2009 (UTC)

Please give me an explanation for your last change on SUST —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sohailmfk (talkcontribs) 06:54, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I see that you deleted "AirStar Executive Airways". This was my first attempt, I would appreciate some help this time. Thanks (Jbflkeys (talk) 11:48, 30 September 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Copyright

I own the copyright of these three files. The copyright is attached. There was a file that I uploaded that did not have a copyright attachment because I forgot. Please advise. Thank you kindly. 37Celcius (talk) 16:42, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Delete

Please delete EdwardVII-descendants.gif - EdwardVII-descedants.gif - GV-Descendants55.GIF - File:GV-Descendants.png - GV-List.png - they are obsolete and I believe I cannot remove them as an administrator is needed. Do not remove EdwardVII-desc85.gif - it is in use (and I note you did not contact me about that file anyway) - but when it becomes obsolete, how do I remove it; who should I notify? Alan Davidson (talk) 06:42, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the speedy reply. However, as a tag is needed on the last one, how do I do that? Alan Davidson (talk) 06:54, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RE: File:AnnoyomousEraser.jpg listed for deletion

Uploading a picture

Skier Dude, Can you help me upload the picture correctly. I'm very new here, but want to do things right. You sent me a message, I asked the artist to send me a picture, let me know what I have to do please. He gave it to me, does that make me the owner now, or him. He isn't worried about copyright. Thank you.(Thisandthem (talk) 14:04, 2 October 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (File:TheSuburbs3logo.jpg)

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:TheSuburbs3logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. feydey (talk) 22:11, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This page says you updated this image recently, right? It is very, very, clearly incorrect. I hope it was an error or a bad joke. Please fix it ASAP. - Zero1328 Talk? 09:51, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I know; I had some internet problems yesterday and had trouble with just posting on your talk page. It's actually still incorrect... I'll put the right one up. - Zero1328 Talk? 20:32, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Skier, I sill need to go through the list of UT SRs and move their cats from their root county cat to the transport cat. --Admrboltz (talk) 13:27, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hal Becker photo

could you tell me why you removed the photo of Hal Becker? i got this photo from his website on a page that makes photos available to the Media. I am writing this Wikipedia page with Hal's permission and know he wouldn't mind me using the photo. What do I have to do to upload this photo to Wikipedia and not get it deleted? I would appreciate any guidance you could give me. I am new at Wikipedia. I tried to figure it out by reading some of the Wikipedia materal but I don't get it.

thanks

I restored this as the IP is trying to hide the face that xe is blocked and as I understand, there is no precedent for deleting pages while user is currently blocked. Plus I didn't see where xe did anything but remove templates? Let me know if I missed a good reason? Thanks StarM 22:02, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

yeah that was me rusty with templates because the sock block template says it's indef, whereas I just blocked the IP for a week. Has had no effect on the main account changing habits so we'll see. If there's something different I should do, please let me know StarM 23:38, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for you edit. Please advise.

Hi, Thanks for reviewing Frank DeMartini this my first article. You have removed his picture. I have probably done something wrong. I do have authorization from the owner and tried to follow what I have thought of the guidelines. Could you let me know the reason so I can search out the correct way? Or if you have the link to the correct process it would be appreciated. thanks, Haujo01 (talk)

While I appreciate the effort, I think you didn't read closely enough

Regarding the comments you left regarding the uploaded pictures

Both "wong yan lam" and "wong lam hoi" are public figures whose pictures have cirtulated around the globe since the late 1920's, ie they are public by now

Where the lama logo is concerned, it is MY SCHOOL LOGO, I own it, so I have every right to upload it and release it to the public

If you have concerns, just shoot me back more notes, thanks Nysanda (talk) 02:59, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
