WGIB is an FM radio station in Birmingham, Alabama broadcasting at 91.9 MHz. The station is owned and operated by Glen Iris Baptist Church, who's initials form the station's call sign. The station also uses the slogan Where God Is Blessing.

WGIB carries Christian preaching and gospel music 24 hours a day, much of which originates from the church's studios.

The WGIB Network

WGIB is also relayed on low-powered FM translators at 107.9 MHz in Northport and 101.5 MHz in Jasper, Alabama and full-powered WQEM at 101.5 MHz in Columbiana, Alabama. The station's audio is also streamed on the internet.

WQEM was purchased from Clear Channel Communications in 2002 in an unusual transaction that saw the world's largest radio broadcasting corporation sell the station to a small Independent Baptist church. Glen Iris kept the WQEM calls on the station after its purchase.

WAY TV

In 1990, Glen Iris Baptist added a low-powered television station, W49AY channel 47, which relocated from channel 49 in December 2005. The station, known also as WAY TV, carries additional religious programming, as well as some secular programming including The Andy Griffith Show. At various times, WAY TV rebroadcasts the audio from WGIB-FM, with an in-studio camera filming the announcer while they are speaking and scenes of nature airing while music is playing.

WAY TV is relayed on W15AZ, a low-powered relay on channel 15 in Alabaster, Alabama.
