Per [[WP:NFCC]] #1 regarding replaceability and per [[Foundation:Resolution:Licensing policy]], we do not use non-free images of living people for depiction of them, such as [[:File:YDTScreenShot.jpg]]. I removed the image per this policy from [[Dmitry Koldun]]. Restoring it is against policy, which you did with [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Dmitry_Koldun&diff=305841498&oldid=305813913 this edit]. I've removed the image again.
