The club was formed in 2000 and were one of the founding members of the North Powys League. In the earlier stages of the teams formation the club did not enjoy much success. However in the 2007/08 season the club won their first silverware under Manager Richard Williams winning the Central Wales Cup.In the 2007/08 season the club also started a reserves team who went onto to win the North Powys Ladies League Division 2 in their first season. In 2008/09 the Club really showed how far they had come winning the treble, The County Times Cup, The North Powys Ladies league and successfully defending the Central Wales Cup, with the reserve team also finishing runners up in Division 2. These performances were good enough to to earn the club a place in the newly formed National League, North Division. The Club therefore had a historic game playing the first ever game in the Welsh National League against Aberystwyth in September 2009. Overview

Llanidloes Ladies F.C. are an association football club based in the Town of Llanidloes, Powys, Wales. The team currently plays in the Welsh National League North which is the top tier of Women`s Football in Wales. The club also plays in the North Powys Ladies League, and are the current holders.
