This is a list of fictional characters from the STAR One medical drama Dill Mill Gayye. This show follows the lives of Interns and Resident Doctors of Sanjeevani Hospital.

He acts really strict with the interns but also caring. Dr Riddhima and Dr Anjali are his daughters. But still they get no special treatment in Sanjeevani and he treats them as one among the interns. He plays an important role in both seasons of Dill Mill Gayye. His character was also present in the prequel (Sanjivani) as one of the main leads. He was married to Dr. Smriti who passed away. Later in the sequel Dill Mill Gayye he married Head Nurse of Sanjivani, Padma. | |||||||||

There is one person, who manages to bother the generally easy going Riddhima and that's Armaan. However hard she tries she just can't ignore his charm. Armaan and Riddhima fall in love and plan to marry. But in the final episode of Season I, she gets shot and becomes unconscious. Though he comes across as fun loving and flirty, he is extremely focused on his career and wants to do well as a doctor. Armaan gradually falls in love with Riddhima and is crazy for her. He lost two years of his memory after having an accident. He forgets everyone including his love Riddhima. In the final episode of Season I, he hurts himself again by hitting his head hard on a glass surface which leaves him unconscious. Her ultimate dream is to become the Head of Sanjeevani like her father because this assures respect and power. She and Riddima are step sisters. He is a good natured guy who wants to become a doctor to fulfill the dream of his late father Umesh(Omi), who was part of Sanjeevani in prequel Sanjivani. Umesh suffered from AIDS which happened due to blood transfusion. His father was a doctor of Sanjeevani and a good friend of Shashank Gupta who is also the guardian of Atul.

A smart,lazy and spoilt brat from a rich NRI family. Almost all of his family members are doctors, so he has been forced to become one against his wishes. He is packed off to Sanjeevani to become more focused on his career under the strict supervision of his cousin, Dr. Abhimanyu Modi. But for Sid life is a one big PS3 game. He is rarely serious about anything in life and has a laid back attitude. He never wanted to turn a doctor because it requires too much of hard work. He is a gadget freak and car lover who hates to work so, he wants to go back to his home in Houston and just relax. Sid is a total flirt who has commitment issues, he is an overgrown kid with a bad temper. The shrew who needs to be tamed. He never takes life seriously. He starts to fall for Riddhima but eventually learns that Armaan and Riddhima love each other and therefore tries not to come in their way. He and Nikita hate each other but slowly and gradually he starts liking her and finally falling in love with her. However, he has a past. She carries a Dabba full of Gujrathi food and shares it with all the interns. She often leaves work early to meet a potential match. She later got married and left Sanjeevani. |
