Angel Moya Acosta is a Cuban construction worker and the founder of the Independent Alternative Option Movement.[1][2] It demonstrated support for Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet.
He was imprisoned during the Black Spring in 2003, and sentenced to 20 years in jail.[1]
