Jake and Felix must infiltrate Hayley's cheerleader slumber party because a Vespanox Larvae has planted itself on one of the cheerleaders, Roxanne.; Stockey feels overshadowed by his former Troop colleagues. But, when called to help the Troop at the slumber party he and his Troop run to the scene. Stockley proves to be the only one brave enough to help the kids destroy the Vespanox.

While fighting a gelatinous cube monster, Hayley and Jake accidentally switch bodies. Jake gets upset with Hayley for ,not telling him directly but still telling him, that he is not good enough. Jake goes onstage at Hayley's play because he is in her body. Hayley helps Jake by going on a date with Claudia (Jake's crush). When Jake, in Hayley's opinion, ruins her play, she goes to tell him to do better, which results in Claudia breaking up with Hayley in Jake's body. Felix fixes the cube in time for the last scene and changes them back. They discover they each had something to gain while being in the other's body and that perhaps the other did them a favor.

When a mousy classmate suddenly gets status and power all at once, Haley becomes very suspicious. Also, Felix's trust in Jake and Jake's instincts are put to the test. Haley discovers his power and status are due to a Doulos, an extremely dangerous monster that can become invisible and serves the first human it finds as its master. The Doulos is implied to be a strong monster. So strong, that it killed one of the troop members that trapped it.

Note: It is implied at the end of the episode that the group may have gained an arch-enemy.
