In the July of 2005, the Service Desk was removed from all stores and my job became part of a mobile Service Squad. In 2007 I was promoted to head of the Service Squad before it was formally dissolved in February 2008. From then until the present I have worked on Showroom Sales selling kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. |

Daniel Alan Newman
Born in 1977, ME
In 1984, I entered Whitmore Primary School in Hackney, London where I studied hard but also played hard at the same time. In 1988, I left and went to Central Foundation Boys School in Islington, London.
In October 1990, I moved away from Central London to rural Essex and the town of Romford. In the same year, I left Central Foundation Boys School and joined Harold Hill Community School. I remained there until 1995 when I left to join Havering Sixth Form College.
I then took a year out to persue other activities before returning to college in 1996 to study Information Technology. In 1997 I took a further course in IT at Diamond Technical Training. At the same time I embarked on what has become my full-time career, Customer Advisor at B&Q.

Family
I have one brother, Jamie, and two nephews, Albie and Bailey. My parents are Maureen and Dennis Newman and my Grandparents are Doris "Dolly" (d. 2008) and Francis "Frank" Newman (d. 2006) and Iris (d. 2003) and Benjamin "Ben" Allen.
