Appeal once and once only for the following reasons: |
|||
(1) This corporation is a foreign entity that operates within the United States without regard for the laws thereof and is therefore in violation of the Home Securities Act. This can be proven by certain specific pages thereon. |
|||
(2) Wikipedia is predicated on an allowance of any person writing and editing any and all materials. This provides a forum for input by terrorists, both external and internal, to communicate with each other by code. This provides a threat to the security of the United States under the Home Securities Act. |
|||
(3) Specific writings on the home page of the entity's religious editor prove that no blockage actions were in existence until the unilateral decision to block the plaintiff, making the blockage illegal under the laws of the United States, including but not limited to the Freeedom of Speech clause of the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution. |
|||
(4) The writings blocked by the religion editor were religious materials and were a product of religious discrimination disallowed by any editors in the United States under but not limited to the Freedom of Religion clause of the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution. |

(A) Wikipedia develop and use technology to disallow its use in any way within the United States or any area thereof. |

(B) Grant to Plaintiff damages both compensatory and punitive in the amount of one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) from any and all individuals acting in concert with or in employment of Wikipedia within the United States. This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Bible, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing their websites from appearing on Wikipedia. Yeah, sure. You cannot even get my name right on my web page. One thing though is that I am extremely litigious. And unless your attorneys are better than my attorneys, you could find yourself in a bind for several years. Believe me, I can say from experience that you would not like it at all. So don't touch my page except to correct my name. Got that?
Besides, I seriously doubt that you can defend Wikipedia from Canada. These people over here are begging for money because they are broke. I can practically shut the whole thing down, if you want to try me. And I will do it too. So back off.
Now, I am a religious author. I write my books for the paranoid and parapsychological conspiracy people who won't hear the truth of God's Word any other way. Knowing all that, let us see if you "call my bluff", which is no bluff at all.
And straighten up my name! Russell Dan Smith
- Whether or not you're bluffing is not relevant. See WP:LEGAL. -- Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 03:06, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Appeal once and once only for the following reasons:
(1) This corporation is a foreign entity that operates within the United States without regard for the laws thereof and is therefore in violation of the Home Securities Act. This can be proven by certain specific pages thereon.
(2) Wikipedia is predicated on an allowance of any person writing and editing any and all materials. This provides a forum for input by terrorists, both external and internal, to communicate with each other by code. This provides a threat to the security of the United States under the Home Securities Act.
(4) The writings blocked by the religion editor were religious materials and were a product of religious discrimination disallowed by any editors in the United States under but not limited to the Freedom of Religion clause of the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Relief to be requested: (A) Wikipedia develop and use technology to disallow its use in any way within the United States or any area thereof. (B) Grant to Plaintiff damages both compensatory and punitive in the amount of one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) from any and all individuals acting in concert with or in employment of Wikipedia within the United States.
