The Fairly OddParents aired its second season on January 10, 2003. For the first time, the show aired its first TV Movie, Abra-Catastrophe!.

(the italic text adds drama), he loses them, and with his rule free wish, he wishes Cosmo and Wanda back. This is the very first Fairly Odd movie in the series.

Mother Nature - In Dimmsdale, if the weather person gets the weather wrong, they get run out of town by an angry mob. Timmy's Mom becomes the new weather person after Timmy and his dad constantly ignore her. Fearing that she'd get the weather wrong and thus ran out of town, Timmy wishes his mom's weather predictions would come true.

The Crimson Chin Meets Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad! Special Guest Star: Jay Leno as Crimson Chin - Timmy accidentally wishes the Nega Chin (the Crimson Chin's ultimate enemy) out of the comic book, but still thinks it's the Crimson Chin. He hides him in his treehouse, and has Cosmo and Wanda grant his wishes. Timmy realizes who he is and what the wishes were (all his villain friends out of the comic book and Cosmo and Wanda's magic can't touch him, he can't be wished back into the book, and that Timmy can't wish his room clean, something his parents told him to do or he'd be in big trouble). So Timmy must give his parents their super hero powers back to stop them, and has the Crimson Chin help as well.
Engine Blocked - Timmy's dad is having his midlife crisis. So he goes with Timmy to buy toys to help him feel young. He spends both of their toy money on a Striker Z, a car he always wanted, sold to him by Vicky (who admits it really wasn't hers). Timmy, upset that his dad is spending more time with his new car than with him, wishes himself merged with the car. Unfortunately, Vicky steals the car with Timmy still merged to it, because Doug Dimmadome is willing to give her a lot of money for it.

Even worse, now every single fairy in the universe wants to be his godparent, forcing Cosmo and Wanda to go up against every fairy in existence in a Texas cage-match to become Timmy's Godparents.
This is Your Wish - Mama Cosma forces Cosmo on to a reality TV show in which the audience decides if he should stay with Wanda and Timmy or go home to his mother. Will Timmy and Wanda get to stay with Cosmo?

The Grass is Greener - Timmy runs away from home so his parents could have the same things in life as the Dinkleburgs, and meets the carnies at a carnival. The carnies are fairies (except for the crocodile, who is real) that help kids who run away from home. Timmy realizes his parents really do miss him and returns home, finding out the carnies were working with Cosmo and Wanda.

But problems arise when a meteor is heading for Earth and Timmy can't wish it gone.
The Big Scoop! - Set during the episode "A Wish Too Far!", we see Chester and A.J. attempting to find a story for the school newspaper, and they decide to write about Timmy and his sudden popularity.

In the meantime, Crimson Chin fights with H2Olga in order to save a baby he agreed to watch, and the city. Unfortunately, Timmy leaves his comic book on the side of the tub, it touches the water a little causing H2Olga's power to increase tenfold!
Odd Ball - Timmy need money to buy a new V-Cube(a parody of X-Box), and becomes the new player of Dimmsdale's basketball team, the Ballhogs, also known as the most selfish team in the league (they won't even get up to play the game!). What's worse is, if they lose one more time, they will get shipped off to the Alaskan Basketball league! Timmy must now help them win.

Imaginary Gary - When Timmy wishes his Imaginary Friend Gary was real, Imaginary Gary is instantly favored by Timmy's friends, families, and even Trixie. Turns out, Gary wants revenge for Timmy abandoned him for real friends. Timmy can't even unwish him because Gary is from is imagination, and thus is a part of him, allowing Gary to make wishes too.

Chip Off the Old Chip Special Guest Star: Chris Kirkpatrick as Chip Skylark - In order to win the lead role in the school musical (in which Timmy only agreed to be a part of because Trixie was the main female lead), Timmy wishes he had the voice of Chip Skylark. Unfortunately Timmy's voice goes to Chip, and the singer starts to lose his fame. Now Timmy must get Chip to wish his voice back (to switch back voices, the wish must be made in the voice of the godkid)
Snow Bound - Timmy's dad forces Timmy to go with him to check up on his mom, who is caring for her sick aunt, but is really at a snow resort with AJ's, Sanjay's, and Elmer's moms that she didn't want them to go to (because according to Dad, women mean the opposite of what they say, like if the say they don't want to do something, they really do). Vicky goes along with them and is able to take advantage of his view on women (by saying she doesn't want to do it, his dad thinks she does). While snowboarding, Timmy and Vicky are trapped in a cave after an avalanche, Timmy can't wish himself out because Cosmo and Wanda are frozen, now Timmy must battle an Abominable Snowman with the help of Vicky

Miss Dimmsdale - Vicky chooses to cheat her way into winning the Miss Dimmsdale pageant, and Timmy's going to stop her with the help of Catman(Adam West). Notes: In this episode, Timmy's Dad enters the Miss Dimmsdale Pageant in attempt to prove his beauty. A recurring gag involves the contestants' similar fantasies involving being Mayor for the Day, where they maniacally laugh on top of their throne as their enemy/enemies toils away in an inferno-of-sorts.
Mind Over Magic - Timmy, tired of Crockers constant pop quizzes (in which he asks a question which no one can answer, or not give enough time to answer) which everyone fails, wishes he has mind reading powers. He uses this to pass Crocker's pop quizzes and mess with his friends heads. Unfortunately, Crocker figures his wish out, and uses a anti-mind-reading helmet (which causes someone trying to read the mind of the wearer to read their own mind instead) as part of a new plot to capture his fairies.

Hard Copy - While Cosmo and Wanda have to go to the doctor, Wanda grants Timmy a magic copier machine, with the ability to grant him whatever he wants. Problems arise when Timmy makes an action figure of Dark Laser (Parody of Darth Vader from Star Wars) and presses the life-size button (because he didn't like the normal size), which causes Dark Laser to become real.
Parent Hoods - While the Turners are on their way to Canada, a look-alike duo of bandits called the Turnbaums switch places with Timmy's parents in order to avoid getting punished, and Timmy just can't wish his parents free because even with magic, it could take years to get them out of jail under the US Legal System. It's up to Timmy to get the bandits captured and his parents freed.
