Location revision?

It seems like the first paragraph should be rewritten to clarify the location of the ferry. Although the ferry headquarters building and base of operations is in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the ferry itself, operating solely in the Potomac River, is thus located in Maryland since the state line between Maryland and Virginia is the bank of the river on the Virginia side.
