There is a big govt. hospital of 2000 beds.The building was hugely damaged during earthquake 2005.It is now under the process of reconstruction with the help of Government of Japan.It is being reconstructed earthquake proof. In spite of this there are many private hospitals in district battagram.

- AL-Shafa Medical Hospital Battagram.
- Al-Rabia Gynae Hospital.
- Ibne-Sina Children Hospital Battagram.
- AL-Saad Medical Hospital Battagram.
In spite of these hospitals there is a number of sub-hospitals.
