The Piranha is the official satirical newspaper of Trinity College.[1] Formerly known as Piranha! magazine, it was rebranded in 2009. It is a member of Dublin University Publications and is written entirely by students of the university.[2] The current edition claims that it was established in 1863,[3] but this claim is not supported by any other known sources.
