The following is a list of better-known clans of the Gujjar community of South Asia (The total number of clans being 3000) listed in alphabetical order.some clans or gouts are common in Rajput,Jatt and Gujjar castes.(Bhatti,Rathore,Tonwar etc).The following list is based on the gotras described by historian such as Shri Naunihal singh [1], Mr.H.A.rose,Mr, Rahul khari [2] etc.
