This is the section of the WikiProject that deals with Assessing articles under the scope of our Articles. Its main page and related pages are part of the Department. The main page can be found here.

If the need arises then a Head of the Department of Assessments and Assessing Articles should be created to act as a permanent administrator and 'expert' to the Department.

Assessing articles is an important aspect of a WikiProject because it allows the members to see which articles need improvement. The criteria should be followed closely, so don't be afraid of asking for help! === Milestones ===

The first artlicle tagged was Latin on 21st August 2009, followed by this pages' talk page the next day.
We reached our 100th tagged article at 12:10pm on Saturday 10th October 2009. It was Latin Grammar.
The 200th article was then reached on the 31st December 2009.
