In general, it would be best if you didn't mess with block warnings. If you feel an error was made, leave a message on the notifying admin's talk page. If that doesn't lead to correcting the situation in a reasonable length of time, then, at the very least, replace the inappropriate message with an appropriate one including a note why you're doing it to minimize confusion by the blocked party and other admins reviewing the block. |
