Malinda Williams (born December 3, 1975) is an American actress. She is perhaps best known for her portrayal of hair stylist Tracy "Bird" Van Adams on the Showtime television drama Soul Food.

Williams was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She grew up in Westfield, New Jersey and attended Union County College in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Williams was married to actor Mekhi Phifer and the two share a son together named Omikaye. They wed on August 23, 2008. She resides in Westfield, New Jersey.[1]
