{{WikiProject Microsoft Windows|class=stub|importance=mid}}

This article provides almost no information about the program. How it works? What it removes? What does it do with the removed items? Can the user exercise any control over the selection process? Can the user change the criteria? Does the removal process rearrange the icons on the desktop?

It is almost useless in it's present form. I would like to strongly urge the author or anyone who has some actual knowledge of this program to add some real information.
