Claude Zeth Luse (February 23, 1879 – May 28, 1932) was a United States federal judge.

Luse was born in Stoughton, Wisconsin. He received a B.Litt. from the University of Minnesota in 1901. He received an LL.B. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1903. He was in private practice in Superior, Wisconsin from 1904 to 1921.

Luse was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Luse received a recess appointment from President Warren G. Harding on April 1, 1921, to a seat vacated by Arthur L. Sanborn. Formally nominated on April 14, 1921. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on April 27, 1921, and received his commission the same day. Luse's service was terminated on May 28, 1932, due to death.
