Studio Festi is an Italian artistic company and a production center. It creates grand installations and outdoor spectacles for major events conceived by Valerio Festi and directed by Monica Maimone, who is also responsible for the dramatic content.

It was founded in 1982 by Valerio Festi and Monica Maimone, and it is based in Varese (Italy) and São Paulo (Brazil).

Studio Festi’s poetry and aesthetic is closely tied to the invention of its scenic machines, inpired by the Italian Barocco in a contemporary context, to the use of aerial dance and of video projections on buildings and oversized screens as scenic elements developed by its artistic figureheads.[1] [2]

They have also renewed the traditional use of of ritual events like parades and the so called lights architectures. [3]. The two major realizations are: Kobe Lights architecture[4] and the Christmas computer controlled decoration at Galeries Lafayette in Paris.[5] [6]

Studio Festi has develop the concept of "concert for fireworks", combining a classical orchestra live concert with a "in tune" fireworks performance.[7]
