Sruthi Prakash (Marathi:श्रुती प्रकाश / श्रुती मराठे)is an Indian actress from Mumbai, who has appeared in her debut film Indira Vizha in Tamil. Her real name is Shruthi Marathe .She made her debut using the name Hema Malini and has decided to go for a name change. She has now reverted to her original name Sruthi Prakash.
Her second film Naan Avanillai 2 is doing quite well in the Box Office. One of the hottest female actress to enter tamil filmdom much is expected of her .She is considered as potential replacement for the ageing Namitha. Her forthcoming films are Guru-Sishyan, with Satyaraj and Sundar C. in the lead and Vidiyal with Sarathkumar and Sneha in the lead. [1]
