Frankie & Neffe is a reality show that debuted on August 25, 2009 on BET. The series chronicles the lives of R&B singer Keyshia Cole's biological mother and sister, Frankie Lons and Neffeteria Pugh. The series is preceded by Cole's reality show Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is. The season finale aired on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 10/9c.

- "Starting Over" - Frankie and Neffe try to start new lives, but will the past hold them back?
- "Baby Steps" - Frankie gets her first job as a radio personality. But will she be able to give out the right advice to families and couples?fre
- "Man Down" - Neffe takes the advice of the life coach and attempts to build more trust on her mother, Frankie. Neffe takes her kids to Frankie's condo to spend the night for the first time. Neffe admits to her sister Elite that she is having second thoughts on marrying Soullow. Will Neffe accept it as we speak of it?
- "Mother Knows Best" - Neffe does something for her stepson on his birthday. Frankie admits that she worries about everyone else including Soullow and that she is uncapable. Will it affect the relationship between Frankie and Neffe?
- "Church Home" - Jaylyn takes the spotlight by being baptized in a church. Neffe wanted Frankie to support her grandson in that moment but she had to go to work. Is this baptism of Jaylyn still go well?
- "The Christening" - Frankie wasn't supporting her grandson when he was being baptized in church. Frankie had to go to work at V103. The life coach checks in with them, is she happy with the ladies' success? Will this relationship, between Frankie and Neffe, break apart for good?
- "Lifting as We Climb" - Soullow and Neffe have a huge difference opinion. Will Neffe still go on by marrying Soullow on a permanent expense?
- "D Day" - Frankie is turning over a new leaf, or in this case, making a serious relationship with Neffe. Frankie had a dinner date with Yvonne. Will Frankie listen to Yvonne and to take her advice?
- "Celebration in Order" - Frankie pays a visit to see her family back in Oakland and Neffe went along. Will the reunion turn out the way it was planned?
- "Reunited" - Frankie and Neffe have a final meeting with the life coach at Baltimore Row. They reviewed over the things they wrote and the stuff they put on the paper for them to take home. Frankie and Neffe reunited, but will it feel so good?
Frankie and Neffe found a sister/daughter. She is also expecting.
