Only Through the Pain is the third studio album by the American rock band Trapt. Only Through the Pain was released on August 5, 2008 through Allen Kovac and Nikki Sixx's Eleven Seven Music.
It was publicized on June 27, 2008 that "Who's Going Home With You Tonight?" would be released as downloadable content for the video game series Rock Band. The track was made available for purchase and download on July 1.
The album debuted at #18 on the Billboard 200 Chart and #4 on the Rock Album Chart. It moved 25,000 copies its first week. As of September 25 the album has sold 60,895 copies.
