Red Books: Our Search for Ellen White is a play about Ellen White, a co-founder of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and the various perceptions of her throughout the history of the church. It is produced by the Dramatic Arts Society of Pacific Union College in California.

The play was created by Mei Ann Teo, the artistic director of the Dramatic Arts Society, together with Pacific Union College students Eryck Chairez and Zach Dunn.[citation needed] The cast of young Adventists included most of the writing staff and also Tim Wolcott, Cambria Wheeler, Elisabeth Reeves, Enoch Tengler, Heather Denton, Timothy Widmer, Zach Dunn, Mei Ann Teo, and Greg Schneider. The theme is of young Adventists struggling to find their own interpretation of how they should read Ellen White for themselves.[citation needed] It was based on interviews collected from over 200 individuals.[1] The title derives from White's books, which were traditionally bound with a red cover.
