Mimoh Chakraborty (Born 30 July, 1984, as Maharthy Chakraborty )is a Bollywood actor who has appeared in a couple of films. He is from a Bengali Father and Punjabi Mother, whose debut film Jimmy released in 2008. He is the son of actors Mithun Chakraborty and Yogeeta Bali.

Career

Mimoh was born on 30th July 1984. He started his career helping his actor father Mithun Chakraborty with his films when he was young.

Mimoh's debut movie was called Jimmy, directed by Raj N. Sippy who also released Mithun Chakraborty's semi-hit film Boxer in 1984. Unfortunately the movie was received poor overall. The word goes that the storyline was weak and old fashioned. Mimoh has the reputation of an extremely talented dancer however his performance imitating Michael jackson without showcasing his own style was not appreciated in Jimmy.

Several movies like He-The only one, Hamilton Palace did not make it (yet) to the cinema's and are on hold because of unknown reasons. In 2010 3 movies are likely to be released. Loot, starring Govinda, Javed Jaffrey, Sunil Shetty, Spaghetti 24x7 (Bengali) and Vikram Bhatt's horror movie Haunted which is shot in July 2010. haunted will be the first Indian 3d movie in stereoscope.
