Cha Siu Baau (simplified Chinese: 叉烧包; traditional Chinese: 叉燒包; pinyin: chāshāobāo) are Cantonese roast pork buns.

The buns are filled with barbeque-flavoured char siu pork and onions. They are served as a type of dim sum and are also sold in Chinese bakeries. There are two kinds of Cha Siu Baau: steamed (white outside) and baked (brown color and with glaze).
