Useful article or touristical promotion ?

This article has no source. It seems to be rather a tourist brochur than a scientifical article. A lot of mistakes and approximations, the map is unsourced...In fact, the sole right thing is the fact that the cumulation of precipitations gives a green "look" to this region.
