"Love is a Hurricane" is a song performed by Irish group Boyzone. It was the second single to be released from their fourth studio album, Brother, on 17 May 2010.[2] It will be the first single without bandmate Stephen Gately, who died last year. After debuting the track on their ITV1 show Boyzone: A Tribute To Stephen Gately, the reaction from fans made the choice of the second single an easy decision. An upbeat, feel good, infectious pop anthem; Love Is A Hurricane was written by New Radicals front man, Gregg Alexander who has previously written for Ronan’s solo albums as well as other artists.[3]

Music video
The music video premiered on May 4, 2010 and sees Keith, Mikey, Ronan and Shane strip nude inside Battersea Power Station.[4] Boyzone member Shane Lynch has revealed that he suggested the band get naked for their new music video. Lynch admitted that the nude clip for the group's new single was intended to reflect the new direction they had taken on their current album Brother.[5] The song has been sung on Boyzone: A Tribute To Stephen Gately, GMTV, This Morning and Loose Women.
