User:JarlaxleArtemis: I'll look into it
Line 138: Line 138:
I posted on this page a few weeks ago (it was since archived) about the behaviour of this editor. Could you please look into this matter? It seems the editor in question has great trouble accepting Wikipedia policy when it doesn't suit him. And apparently other Admins are unwilling to act, as you are somehow seen as JarlaxleArtemis's mentor and protector.

Several other editors had raised questions as well, which is why I am bringing the matter up again. -- Ec5618 09:12, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

#1 51-100 13 Jun 05 - 27 Jul 05 Some random discussions, people thanking me for voting support on their RFAs, MARMOT shows up and becomes a pain (and gets banned), JarlaxleArtemis complains that I blocked him, and other goodies

#7 351-400 22 Feb 06 - ? TBA

It's quiet. Too quiet.

Hope the break has left you refreshed. We did notice your absence. - brenneman{T}{L} 22:52, 22 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome back!

I noticed from WP:AN that you were back and felt that a cordial (albeit somewhat random) welcome back was in order. I hope the break served you well, and I'm sure the entire Wikipedia community is happy to have a great contributor back on the team. Welcome back,
Your dreams were your ticket out.
Welcome back,
To that same old place that you laughed about.
Well the names have all changed since you hung around,
But those dreams have remained and they're turned around.
Who'd have thought they'd lead ya (Who'd have thought they'd lead ya)
Here where we need ya (Here where we need ya)
Yeah we tease him a lot cause we've hot him on the spot, welcome back,
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.

Curps / Dieseldrinker vandalism

You have a warning on User:Dieseldrinker's page. I commented there that it appears he's adding revision history notes without changes, coordinated with User:Curps. -- Sy / (talk) 15:55, 25 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Spoken articles

Hello! I am seeking assistance in getting involved in the spoken articles project. I noticed your name on the project page and was hoping you might be able to help. Other than downloading Audacity, I have yet to get into the project; I need some guidance on equipment and how to use the software. Any help you could provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Paul 21:26, 25 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

 • Thanks for the response! With the help of my father, who is a bit of an audiophile, I now know how to use his equipment and make a nice-sounding recording. The sound quality will be good, but will the article itself? Just between you, me, and the wall, I am going to record Inherently funny word; it remains to be seen whether it is an inherently funny article. We shall also see how much vandalism and demands for me to PUT THE MIC DOWN! I receive :) Nice userpage btw, might steal a bit of your layout if that is quite alright by you. Hey, You're Back!

I didn't notice you return or hanging around on IRC. Hope you've returned refreshed and in a better mood :) — Ilyanep (Talk) 02:48, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

DuctoMan16

Please remove this user's RFA from the list. He has 39 edits, none of which were productive, and he claims his "feature article of the day" is vandalism. KI 22:24, 3 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Greg Raposo - again

I asked this last month and didn't receive a response... what's the story behind the entry on Greg Raposo being deleted and then protected as a deleted entry? I heard a song of his on Pandora.com and thought it would be nice to look him up. I can't figure out what the history of this page was. Queerwiki 05:31, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, thanks for replying to me. Question: if the only sources of info I can find are promo websites, what can I reasonably do... paraphrase a few bits and source facts, perhaps? I've never done an article from scratch. Queerwiki 08:01, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In response to the "Jabba Leia" thing

Of course it isn't encyclopedic - it's a part of the *discussion* page.

And as for citation, I'm citing one source: Return of the Jedi itself. I thought I'd made that painfully clear.

I also thought about adding a channel name, but thought it would look too cluttered.
