I've removed any references to [[Second Vermont Republic]] (SVR) as a political "third" party in Vermont since it is not registered as one. Editor [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Vermont_gubernatorial_election,_2010&diff=340463596&oldid=339787003 71.22.221.210] had identified Steele as a SVR party member, not independent, and linked to his campaign website; [http://www.governorsteele.com/about/ the website] merely indicates that "Dennis (Steele) has been an active supporter of the Second Vermont Republic and the entire Vermont independence movement," not a member of a putative SVR Party. He may also be a AAA supporter or a member of AARP or an Elk but neither are they parties and so would be equally irrelevant to a party label designation. |

I've removed any references to Second Vermont Republic (SVR) as a political "third" party in Vermont since it is not registered as one. Editor 71.22.221.210 had identified Steele as a SVR party member, not independent, and linked to his campaign website; the website merely indicates that "Dennis (Steele) has been an active supporter of the Second Vermont Republic and the entire Vermont independence movement," not a member of a putative SVR Party. He may also be a AAA supporter or a member of AARP or an Elk but neither are they parties and so would be equally irrelevant to a party label designation.
