July 2011 Copyedit

I've completed a copyedit of the article. It turned into something of a rewrite because of the WP:NPOV issues present. I have noted a potential conflict of interest with a template above; JVKramer (talk · contribs) appears likely to be Jerome Kramer, founder and editor-in-chief of Book. I removed two sections from the article because they appeared to be WP:TRIVIA lists and were not cited: a list of the magazine's editorial staff, and a list of people featured on issue covers. Neither appeared to be acceptable per WP:NOT.
