Ephraim Taukafa (born 26 June 1976) is a Tongan rugby union footballer. He currently plays for France Mont-de-Marsan in France. Previously he played for North Harbour, Northern Suburbs, Leicester Tigers and Oyonnax (France). He played for the Tonga national team at the 2003 Rugby World Cup, starting against Italy and Canada, and coming on as a replacement against Wales and New Zealand.
