Christian Academy of Knoxville (CAK) is a non-denominational Christian school located in Knoxville, Tennessee. The coeducational day school enrolls nearly 1,200 students in grades PreK-12.

CAK lies on 77 acres in West Knoxville. The campus includes four buildings: an elementary school, middle school, high school, and an administrative/athletic complex, known as the "Campus Center". Athletic facilities include two gymnasiums, baseball and softball fields, a quarter-mile track, football stadium, six outdoor tennis courts, and a soccer field. The school is accredited with both the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and Association of Christian Schools International. The school's tenets are "Values, Scholarship, Character."

Academics

The school's primary focus is combining a rigorous college preparatory education with a Biblically-sound worldview. Nearly all of the school's graduates matriculate at institutions of higher learning across the country.[1] Several Advanced Placement courses including: Statistics, AP Calculus, AP US History, AP Chemistry and Honors: French IV, German IV, Algebra II, Physics, Government/Economics, Pre-Calculus and English 9-12. The school also provides dual-enrollment college credit through Pellissippi State Community College and the University of Tennessee.

Athletics

Arts

-High School "Spirit of Praise Ensemble", an auditioned group which travels all over the country performing and competing. (Festivals include ACSI Carnegie Hall, Chicago's Windy City Festival, and Walt Disney World's Magic Music Days). The High School also has a "Warrior Marching Band" which performs at varsity football games and competes nationally. The High School's musical theatre program puts on renditions of classic performances every spring.
