::Any chance of asking Dr Pillinger if we can use the image, using [[Wikipedia:Boilerplate request for permission]]? This will allow it to be used, otherwise I fear the article will lack a picture, which seems sad. Thanks. [[User:Guinnog|Guinnog]] 20:54, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

Why did you remove the discussion of Image:Beagle2.jpg? The problem doesn't look resolved and the image page still doesn't make any sense. (The text says it should have a {{permission}} tag but it has a {{CopyrightedFreeUse}} tag) -SCEhardT 15:57, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The issue was resolved with the copyright owners by myself, but it might be obvious that I don't have a clue how to use Wikipedia effectively (or even correctly it may seem). Ralphybaby 23:31, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Don't worry; most people around here are glad to help if you ask nicely :-) One good rule of thumb, however, is to never delete discussions - they are either archived or deleted by an administrator. Regarding the permission you received to use the image, please post a copy at Image talk:Beagle2.jpg so I can confirm the status. Thanks! -SCEhardT 06:00, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
