This article was pretty much original research and not notable enough to warrant its own article. It seems more appropriate in the "After effects" section of MDMA where depression is mentioned. I don't see this article improving when its here.

Suicide Tuesday (or Tuesday Blues, Terrible Tuesday, Ecstasy/MDMA Tuesday) is a slang term for the depressive period following the use of MDMA (ecstasy). This term is currently thought to be in use throughout the world where ecstasy is highly used.

Suicide Tuesday refers to the Tuesday after MDMA use, typically on a Friday or Saturday. This is due to depletion of serotonin levels caused by the MDMA high. It is claimed that taking 5-HTP, L-Tryptophan, vitamins, and/or magnesium supplements on the day after use will reduce the depression effect by replenishing serotonin levels .

Symptoms of "Suicice Tuesday":
Although the user of MDMA/ecstasy might experience minor setbacks on the day after (mostly Sunday's), the worst day is often Tuesday. The feelings the user might feel are severe headache, nouxious, dry mouth, pain in the eyes and/or heavy pain in the jaw (When using MDMA/ecstasy, youngsters may find it pleasant to chew gum, to prevent the jaws from pulling heavily together thus breaking them. Chewing gum for a period of 5 to 6 hours causes heavy and strong cramps in the jaw on the following days).
