Trolls, vandals, and other monsters

Hi there, I just wanted to give you some advice regarding the ANI discussion mentioned below. I trust you're just trying to be helpful, but going around calling people "trolls" and "vandals" all over the place can be considered a personal attack, especially when it may not be true.
