You do realise that if you really don't want to edit anymore, you can ask for an admin to block your account? That would stop all of this for you. As to the two issues that have caused this. Firstly, Yes, terms like western, central and eastern europe are vague - after all, there is no set eastern limit to Europe in the first place. Just because they are not precisely defined, doesn't mean they shoudl not be used. Secondly, you have stated that eastern european is a racial slur, yet have not linked to any evidence that this is so. If you want your username changed to some random string of characters, you can email the bureaucrat mailing list at [[Special:EmailUser/Bureaucrats]]. They have the technical ability to do this (called [[WP:Courtesy vanishing|Courtesy vanishing]]).
