Belle Foods

Bill and Jeff White have purchased Southern Family Markets and are converting all its stores to Belle Foods. This article needs to be seriously redone - should it redirect to a new Belle Foods article? Should it be an article about the *former* SFM? That's not my area of expertise here at Wikipedia.
