Why is the Costliest removed?

    1. NTSB stated the oil spill is the costliest; why is that a "current event"? If they had stated, now, that a 1999 spill was the costliest, would that be a "current event"? If not, this shouldn't be. Perhaps a backdated entry around the actual spill...
