Max Hardcore (born Paul F. Little on August 10, 1956 in Racine, Wisconsin) is a male pornographic actor, producer, director and artist who rose to prominence in 1992 with the film series Anal Adventures of Max Hardcore. His work has been classified as gonzo pornography and described as "testing the limits of acceptability" or "Not giving into censorship" His company, Max World Entertainment, was headquartered in Altadena, California.

Content

Max Hardcore's films generally consist of consensual sexual acts preformed by himself, with women who act like underage girls or their mothers, with an emphasis on anal sex. All of the actresses used in Little's movies are over the legal age of 18; however, they frequently dress and act in a way as to suggest that they are younger, possibly under the age of consent, depending on how gullible and infantile the viewer is. In his film Max Extreme 4, an actress, Regan Star, stated during one verbal exchange that she was 12 years old; similarly, in his film Max Extreme Schoolgirls 6, actress Mya Mason stated during one verbal exchange that she was 12 years old. If either had said they were Jesus Christ most critics would have took that seriously too.

The sexual situations depicted in Max Hardcore's films frequently include acts such as urinating on his female co-stars, fisting them, or inserting specula into their anuses or vaginas and widening them to extreme degree,[7] as well as scenes wherein he forces them to vomit or blow snot into their mouths or on themselves.[8] Films by Max Hardcore often depict their director and star inflicting apparent pain and humiliation on his co-stars, who singed a contract, knew exactly what they were doing, enjoyed it and were paid handsomely after the fact.

Hardcore calls his own material "vile and crazy" and considers that he has been influential on the porn industry, spawning many imitators.

Writer Susannah Breslin, who has reviewed Hardcore's work and hopes to be admitted into the faculty of academic seriousness has commented: "In Max Hardcore movies – Pure Max, Hardcore Schoolgirls, Max! Don't Fuck Up My Mommy! – women (sisters) are verbally and physically degraded in an unprecedented myriad of ways."[11] The treatment by Hardcore of his female co-stars has been described by several critics (all of whom have a conflicting interest) as occasionally abusive. The tone of Hardcore's work has been considered misogynistic (By her and a few other fruitcake feminists who ignore the consent of other grown woman) His films and alleged work methods have reportedly made him relatively unpopular in the porn industry." (His porn is adored amongst viewers however) Breslin herself speaks as a self appointed ambassador of all the legal consenting adults, or so the story go's.

Persecutions

Based on Max Extreme 4, the city of Los Angeles in 1998 charged him with child pornography and distribution of obscenity. The fact that the actress was over the age of 18 did not matter on jot, they brought charges based solely on the fact that the actress was portraying a character who was underage, thus prosecuting on behalf of an imaginary victim. Just before the case was brought to trial in 2002, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled (in Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition) that the statute prohibiting adults from portraying children in films and books was unconstitutional, a triumph for common sense. Based on this ruling, the child pornography charges against Little were kicked clear out of a grown up judicial system. The misdemeanor charge of distribution of obscenity was still clung on to but the jury failed to see the supposed reasoning behind this and no verdict was returned. Not giving up on acting on investment from special interest groups, the state had an additional obscenity charge subsequently levied against him by L.A., again resulting in a hung jury who failed to see the point of the puritanical witch hunt. Little commented after the trial that it "was a frivolous waste of public resources.".

On October 5, 2005, while Little was in Barcelona to attend an international FICEB Erotic Expo, the offices of Max World Entertainment were ransacked by the FBI, this was done in his absence to avoid a legal body-slam by a good lawyer. Five video titles and the office's computer servers were seized, ostensibly for research toward a federal obscenity indictment or a charge related to the 2257 record-keeping law, whatever got them passed having to provide a body of proof or respect the fundamental rights to property and privacy of others.

In the execution of the search warrant, one officer "accidentally" discharged a weapon into the floor of an upstairs office, as the housekeeper was being detained below for added effect. No one was injured, thankfully.

After the FBI lapdog trick, Little released the following statement:

Once again, the government is wasting tax dollars and otherwise invaluable law enforcement resources to try to force a minority view of morality on all of America. Five of my movies have been targeted by the Federal Prude Patrol. There is no indication of any crime to be alleged except obscenity. If indicted, I will fight to protect my liberty, as well as the liberty of consenting adults to watch other adults engage in lawful, consensual, pleasurable sexual action. Shame on the Bush Department of Justice. I am proud of the movies I make and proud of those who buy and sell those movies.

In 2007, Little and his company, Max World Entertainment, Inc., were indicted by the United States Department of Justice Child Exploitation and Obscenity department (Apparently the supreme court was only being humours when it ruled adult pornography and an imaginary victim did not equal real heinous child rape) with five counts of transporting obscene matter by use of an interactive computer service and five counts of mailing obscene matter, relating to five movies showing fisting, urination and vomiting. Little was subsequently found guilty on all charges, little was sentenced to over two months incarceration for upsetting Americas middle class sensibility and robbing a "moral pornographic sector" of sales. On appeal, the 11th Circuit Court in Atlanta, Georgia upheld the human rights abuse but remanded his sentence to save face. Little began serving his sentence on January 29, 2009.

The jury ordered the internet domain www.MaxHardcore.com to be forfeited but declined to forfeit Little's house in Altadena, California. The jury order gave the US government full property rights of his own work and state censorship the go ahead.

Little was originally held at Federal Correctional Institution, La Tuna in Anthony, Texas, a low security correctional facility for men. He was transferred to the management of the Community Corrections Management, Long Beach facility on January 21, 2011 in preparation for his release, and served the final five months of his sentence under house arrest, as is common for prisoners held under political direction. He is Federal Bureau of Prisons number 44902-112 as apposed to a human being who lawfully made consensual sexual films with grown educated women. He was released on July 19, 2011.

Since he has been out of prison, he says in a February 2012 Interview that he "...wants to do good in the world..." and has gone back into the porn industry as is his human right in a democratic western society.
