This is a list of episodes of Koihime Musō, a Japanese anime television series based on the visual novel of the same name. The Koihime Musou anime began airing in Japan on July 8 and ended on September 23, 2008, on Tokyo MX TV and the Chiba TV. This was followed by an OVA released on April 1, 2009.

 After six attempts of being capture by the group, fed up of it, Mōkaku decides to cast a spell on her pet elephant unfortunately it turns big and goes wild on them. The gang decides to help her defeat the giant elephant by cutting off one of the tails thanks to Chōhi deductions. In the end Mōkaku thanks them and gave in, only that they decides to join along with them since she needs to make sure they don't use the lint for evil and adore on big boobs.

Meanwhile Chinkyū notice Chouryou has been drinking lately. Chouryou was not please about taxing and taking prisoners as workers. Kaku enters and also knows how she feels as she can't accept it but have to follow Chōjō's orders.

+Meanwhile, the entire Shoku group reunites back at Touka Village, telling each other their stories and brought some friends along with the items they need . Just then a cute little girl with cat ears and tail came in, knowing that it's Kashin who's rapidly change the last time they saw her. Knowing the situation, Mōkaku gladly helps her out. As Kōmei finish preparing the medicine that Kada gave her instructions on how to make it in the first episode, Kashin drinks it and manages to revert back to her adult form, only realizing that she still have a pair of cat ears since the group finds it for a long time.
