• The image was "sent to the uploader personally" but no evidence of permission to release it into the wild has been presented. Uploader is blocked as a sockpuppet at present.   • Hi, I contacted the owner of this website which owns the pictures and he told me that the pictures of Harris pointing to the camera belongs to the Rampart Range videos which was released under public domain by the Sheriff Department. Nienk (talk) 12:36, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
