Willard Middle School edit

Hi, I am the one who edited the Willard Middle School page. You asked how I knew the school colors. I work at the school. The colors are most definitely green and yellow. The school's website uses orange and red, but that is just because the district technician who designed the site didn't ask anyone at the school. Thank you for creating the entry. 76.191.147.26 (talk) 03:34, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

skitching

There is only one form of skitching that should be represented. Any other forms are variations and can not be called skitching. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.207.161.88 (talk) 04:22, 15 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Tired of trying to input a picture.

I was trying to add a picture of the aftermath of a crash listed on the VMF-222 page. I can't get it and am not going to try anymore. Is there a way for you to do it?

I deleted much of the entry about a US soldier. It was not of encyclopedic value.99.145.121.161 (talk) 03:10, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

While attempting to delete more of this soldier's wiki page I was again directed to your Talk page to explain myself. Here I am again. Again, a soldier's actions are not worthy of a wiki page. 99.145.121.161 (talk) 03:13, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please read WP:BIO for more information about notability. If you believe this person does not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines, use the WP:AFD process. Thanks. --Mr. Vernon (talk) 03:15, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Victorious season 4

Please comment on this in the list of episodes talk page—a discussion has been started and your comments would be welcome. It looks like you have looked into this and I'd like to see if we can reach some consensus on what to do. Edit history debates are too hard to follow. Also heads up on WP:3RR. Twitter accounts as references

The info you added was probably correct however we can't use unverified twitter accounts as reliable sources as there are too many posers on twitter to just trust someone asserting they are who they say they are. Images that are not vetted by a reliable source are also not trusted as images are much too easy to fake. Also the script cover is what they plan on doing however titles occasionally get changed in post production. Best to wait for the ep to get officially scheduled. I guess I am happy that you reverted yourself, though I await your apology. Then I saw something similar happened at Jonny McGovern. Please be more careful with Twinkle/rollback. People get pissed if they are unjustly reverted (for IP editors, reverting that is actually a lot of work), and you might lose rollback. 66.168.247.159 (talk) 03:08, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. I have been using Twinkle for about 4 months now and have made about 2,000 edits with it. Yet, I have only done those mistakes 4 times. Your edit on Coahoma Community College was poorly explained which made me revert it. I generously looked to see that what the other user added which was unsourced content, which then made me undo my self. My other reverts that had mistakes, were quickly reverted in seconds by me. Next time, make informative edits in the edit summary as a courtesy for other editors. People who lose rollback are mostly likely people who abuse it. Which I'm not doing. I'm curious, why would you want an apology for something that was quickly fix by me? But since you await for an apology, I will kindly say I'm sorry. Cheers!

  • Thank you for generously looking and then fixing your mistake. But you said the other user added "unsourced content"? They added a humongous BLP violation and an unwarranted attack, in weasel words, on a notable institution. Please look further next time. You have Twinkle, I expect you to keep an eye on that article and to warn that user if they do it again. 66.168.247.159 (talk) 03:42, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I also noticed the user did not have a neutral point of view. Which also made me undo my revert as I said. I'm wondering on why your not making an account and using twinkle for yourself. But instead expecting me to watch that page 24/7. But I'll to watch that page as best as I can... Webclient101 (talk) 04:00, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Schleyer

As I wrote to Gareth Griffith-Jones:

"Why did you delete the part about him being a Nazi officer from the introduction to the article on Hanns-Martin Schleyer? He was a member and officer in the Nazi movement from the beginning (joining the SS in 1933) and an aggressive Nazi ideologue and anti-Semite (as the article itself documents). I don't see why this should be excluded from the part of the Wikipedia article that most people will read, namely the introduction. Surely 12 years in the SS is not a minor biographical fact? Furthermore, the reemergence of former Nazis in German governing bodies in the 50-s and 60-s was an important part of motivation behind the youth protest movements in Germany. Schleyer's murder by the RAF was to even sought justified within this political context. It therefore seems to me that Schleyer's Nazi past is an important part of his biography, and that it should be mentioned in the introduction."

I read your comment on an earlier version that included the SS past as part of the introduction: "The introduction is supposed to emphasize what he is known for, not be used for RAF propaganda purposes". It is of course true that the RAF used this in their propaganda, but that does not change the facts, and the whole debate about the failed de-nazification in West-Germany that followed the German spring shows that it is simply not the case that this is not part of "what he is known for". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.191.220.171 (talk) 23:00, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

-- Problem was fixed by Mark Arsten. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I will remove my warning. Webclient101 (talk) 23:52, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
